Naseem Akhtar, president of the North Karachi Association of Industry (NACATI), called on Prime Minister Imran Khan to reduce taxes and duties to save Pakistan's garment industry from disaster. He said that local industries are protected all over the world while Prime Minister Imran Khan has the same vision to minimize dependence on imports and promote productive activities at the local level. He said that Baby Baba Garments Due to the very low duty on imports, it has become very difficult for the local garment industry to survive in the race for prices, because if the duty on imported garments is Rs.
