Saqib Ahmed, Country Director, Technology Company SAP, called on Dr Abdul Hafeez Sheikh, Finance Minister, at the Finance Division here on Friday. Saqib Ahmed along with his delegation briefed the Finance Advisor about the company's operations and the provision of services in 180 countries around the world.
He said that full utilization of technology was needed and more investment would be made in the technology sector to provide better services.
He said that Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software should be used in institutions like CDNS, PWD, Railways and Pakistan Post. The Finance Adviser said that the Finance Division would provide possible assistance in this regard to promote the use of technology in the relevant fields.
